STILL confused about は and が; example sentences

I, for example, came to this website and thread via Google, while searching for an answer to how much it is that nuts are found in Japanese cuisine (since I myself couldn't actually think of any examples, although I am a beginner).

Question is, what if someone else came upon this thread and got misinformed about grammar? Hence my reply. Sure, your point is taken that there is another place dedicated to this topic, so thanks for the information.
 
I'm just amazed that there was no mention of either 落花生 or 木の実 in the thread.
