Hi, both of these are out of my age range and the latter is only applicable to certain Science studies, nothing in tech/computing. I wanted to contact the embassy directly but couldn't find an email address anywhere.

You couldnot find contact info for Embassy in your country? I found it after one google search.

EDIT: Reread the post and realized that the OP was looking for undergrad opportunities. Sorry. Maybe someone else can find the above link helpful.

I'm confused, he says he has completed 3 years of college studies yet wants to go for a undergrad degree? Am I missing something? I read that and assumed he would be looking for a Master's course or something.
