How close have you ever come to death?

Being a Diabetic you face that quite often. I can remember several times growing up waking up in the hospital from a insulin reaction. Passed out once in school they sent me to the hospital, the doctors thought I was crazy so they had sedated me and put my in a straight jacket to go to the crazy farm. They were just waiting for my parents to arrive before transport. My mother had to tell them I was a diabetic. (You can imagine her TELLING them that.) I spent the next week in a come before I came out of it. Makes you think 2x about doctors. It doesn't help when you're allergic to the medicine that supposed to help you.

Yep, thanks to all the meds the docs put me on. I feel ready to take on anything now! :box:
