No I don't believe that is likely at all. As careless as they are in respect to the civilian population, I do not think they would nuke and obliterate the gaza strip killing thousands and thousands of people just because.

Not to be picky, but at least quote correctly. That says nearly 1,000, that doesn't equal 1,000. Never-the-less it is a very sad situation.

However, if you are saying 1,000 somehow means a nuke would be used... you need to read up on the shear power of a nuclear bomb. It is my main focus of study and if 1,000 seems like a lot compare that to the 100,000+ that such a device can wipe out in less than a second.

I seriously think you need to start considering posting more thoughtfully. You seem to have a tread lately of just throwing up the most random of things and thinking they are valid and sensible posts without the logic to support it.

Iran is at least a democratic country as they adopt universal suffrage. So Iran and Palestine are the same as Japan.

I think Israil do more than bomb. for 19 month it make restriction around Gaza people. they did not find food and medicine. this restriction act as military event.
please know that there 3 real main reasons for this war
1. there will be election at Israil and Eohood barak want to be elected. so he make that to be a here and all jewish elect him.
2. near also election in palasteine, Israil want hamas not to win like 2006 time. they think to destroy Hamas at all (as Hamas protect against Israilis occubation.
3. Israil choose that time as this is the last period in president Buch. Israil Know that Buch fully support Israil, but not know what will be the reaction of president Obama.

He's been posting really absurd crap on the forums this week for some reason. I don't think he is trying to troll though or anything, I think he is just desperate for a conversation about literally ANYTHING. China taking over NK, nuking the Gaza strip, who knows what is next.

sooner or later they will throw some of them on the Arabic countries just like USA did to Japan.
I was watching video in youtube about Hiroshima and Nagazaki bombing,it was the worst crime all over the world !

Yes, I also believe the use of the atomic bomb was horrific, but if your going to say that, then I'll say Pearl Harbour was also dispicable, as were the Japanese POW camps. Don't try to state facts without looking at the whole picture and pretend Japan was innocent. Oh, and by the way, I'm not American and bitter. I don't side with either country.

So if we are done with comparing whose acts were worse. Let me explain to you about the bomb. There are many ideas as to why the American Govt decide to drop the bomb.. flex muscle against the Soviets, test the bomb in a real situation, vengeance etc..

but the reason i think holds up the best (i do think the above reasons were probably part of it too) was to end the war quickly and decisively. The militarist warlords who had control of the Japanese govt at the time, were not looking to surrender unconditionally to the Americans. Some of them probably wanted to fight to the last Japanese. literally. Did you know that Japan was training its civilians, men and women between the ages of like 15-65 to be ready to fight and die against invading american soldiers? This was to be all out war! If the bombs had not been dropped Japan would have fought on and the resulting casualties would have been enormous. Way more than the bombs.

And even if Japan had surrendered by the end of the year, the continued firebombing and initial invasion of the mainland would have taken more lives than the bombs did. To me the bombs were the best choice of two evils. Continue to fight a costly and bloody war or end it quickly and decisively.

And i have researched all the stuff about the surrender and casualty estimates, and the evidence points to the bombs being a necessary evil. I used to feel like you about the bombs.. i thought what was the point? why were they necessary? how horrible! and then i actually read up all i could about the situation, and can state my opinion based on what i have learn, and not ignorance and emotional responses like i did before.

Whats the point? the land they are fighting over would be contaminated and radio active.

That would be like the US nuking itself to destroy foriegn terrorists running around.

Not to mention the world opinion of such an act.

That would be like blowing your house up to evict some bad tenants!

Avigdor Lieberman is a Nazi Dog.His history was a Leader of a bloody gang.

and about he Question , I don't think so. Gaza is small , even a small bomb would clear it out from any form of life but Israel people is near it also , would they survive the nuclear dust... I don't think they would make a risk
