i read Gackt's autobiografy on the same site...i start to read,to be onest,i never finish it.i don't have enough time.i read until he join Malice Mizer.i think he's a real strange personality.and this atraction for death...i have it too.i really like the people that are not scare to death...

Why that?!? I really don't think Gackt is just a beautiful man,a pretty face...he's also very talented,a good voice,has great songs. Mans have reason to like him,as an artist. I like Ayumi Hamasaki and Shania Twain. I shouldn't because i'm a women?!

I think it's a general perception... kinda extends to Jrock in general. People seem to assume that the majority of fans are girls. As much as I don't think this is 100% accurate, I do know more girls who like Jrock than guys... and the same goes for Gackt.

About the autobiography - Did you get as far as leaving Malice Mizer and the time after that? If not I suggest you read that part... it's really interesting.
I think you've read the best parts of it though... his childhood was so strange and interesting... you can see how he became the person he is. I felt so sorry for him as a child.

i have signed the petition.i really don't know if somebody care's about our wish to become official Dears...i stil believe that are also guys that like Gackt...anyway,about his autobiografy...you are right,his childhood was interesting...what i like mostll y about Gackt is his ambition,everytime trying to be the best.i'm sure i'll finish reading soon.his entire existence is so strange and intresting...much more than any book i've ever read.

I really need to read the biography again... it must have been over a year, maybe two since I last read it.
His life is amazing, he has done so much. I wonder if he'll ever write any more... the story hasn't ended yet.
I'd also quite like to one day see an official translated version.

I would love an official translation as well. The one I am reading seems to be a little off. Like some things are not mentioned on one page but on the next page they are. I think the one who was translating got a little confused along the way.

Yeah I know what you mean. I think they did very well but a lot of the detail will be missed out in translation. Sometimes the language doesn't sound quite right... not the way you'd imagine Gackt would say it. It would be wonderful if he would do the official version... his English must be pretty good now.

That would be so great if he did do an official English version! Or at least hire a professional translator to translate the original or something. idk. But this translation is obviously just a summary of each chapter. It kind of sucks but then again it's a lot better than nothing. At least we know a little more than we would have, but I can't but wonder how much we are missing without all of the details.

well,i don't posted for few weeks on jref.sorry i was to bussy.now,i come with news from oficial staff blog.this is what Kazuya posted: "Earlier,soon after shooting for the movie ended,i went for a stroll with older brother IN BUCHAREST. i'll try to answer to your question...Kazuya is a Gackt's staff member,i also think is one of his dancer and,i believe,a good friend of him...yes,"older brother" mean Gackt...this is how Kazuya call him; Josh Hartnett,Gackt's partener from Bunraku punched him in the face...by accident,during the movie's shooting.
