i adore gackt. such a pretty man. *sigh* he is an amazing musician, and i loved moon child! i just wish they sold his albums in canada... where i live
 
That's sad about Gackt's dog... right during the holidays, too =(.

And it's also disappointing to hear that he may be quitting the music scene. He didn't state that certainly, though, just that he sees 2010 as a stopping point and will decide, then, whether or not to move forward with his career. So there's still hope of Gackt performing til the end of time (or something like that ;-)). And maybe, if he does stop doing music, he'll be in more movies and stuff, no? :p Haha (Moon Child = :( & 😍).

I hope to see him live before he leaves the stage forever, though! Gackt was the first musician from Japan who I liked, before I really knew how interested I actually was in Japan, its language, and its culture. To not see him live would be sosad!

kairu - I think Gackt should do more movies too! He seems to at least like doing voices... so maybe that will be his new thing... I still think he might compose... just not really do lives.

I know... but then again this thread will possibly be dead until Gackt does something interesting! ::sends do interesting things vibes to Gackt::

I heard a live version of Ai Senshi a while back... can't remember what show he was on with it though. He needs to go and do another PV... Returner was agggges ago! Or anounce tour dates... or something interesting!

Or possibly I need to go and watch Furrin Kazan... I have a link that possibly has subs... although don't get too excited as knowing the world of the internet it's probably dead now.
 
hey guys i'm new here :) i tryed to read all of the pages but yeah ..you know they're a lot .. so i'm a big fan of Gackt!!! my favorite song is Secret Garden i love it soooo sooooo much but i have a little problem.. i'm from Bulgaria and here almost nobody knows what is j-rock and in the sites for downloading have like 2-3 j-rock songs and i dont know from where i can download songs and videos of Gackt soo please would you help me about it... pleeeasee pleeease ;(;(;(

I don't think I've read everything on this topic either so I shouldn't worry about doing that!

I'm not sure about where to download stuff from... if you've got a live journal account they have groups for downloading stuff... although I think the one I knew has been shut down... although my friend says it's been replaced. Appart from that I can't help you with the downloading mission.
 
hey thanks for the warm welcome (im not sure thats the corect answer im not verry good at english... gomen ;( ) umm for live journal i have that but i dont know how to use it im new at it too i dont get this groups and stuff like that i'm kinda stupid :/ and thank you i'll try it hope to have a sucess :)
 
ahh i tryed with some community but i didnt get anything and give up i'm sooo stupid i tryed with some forum but there wasnt any videos and i want to find some Gackt videos couse i have only 1 ;( i'll try with this community ... hope everything with your pc is well ;)
 
Humm do you want specific Gackt vids or any?
I have no ni saku hana no you ni PV I think... but it may have been on the bit of my computer that I lost... I also have Illuminati PV (OK not Gackt solo... but still includes Gackt)... If I find them I'll send them to you.
 
uhh any video will be in use thank you verry much for helping me if you have secret garden i'll be verry happy but if you dont have it what ever i'm thankfull to anything :)
 
I'm afraid I don't. I tend not to download many PVs as they take up a lot of space.

The ones I do have are on the other computer... it may be a while before I get it on the net.
 
He specified performing... I'm not sure if that means he will stop doing anything to do with music... I can't see him quiting all together.

I love Gackt... I have both The Sixth Day and The Seventh Night, and I love them... I probably haven't heard as much Gackt as some of you, but he is amazing... I would have to say that my favorite Gackt song is Tsuki no Uta... I don't really know the translation by heart, but I know that the song is very sad... It really gets me emotional... Just from hearing the opening guitar...
 
It really is dead i check it everyday
and the only new thing that he said that he is going to do 60 concerts this year
and may be that means around the world :-)👍👍😎 that's what he said in his diary

-Best new artist with S.K.I.N (yes that one does count! lol)
-Best PV with Returner ~ Yami No Shuuen
INDUSTRY NOMINATIONS
- Best full length DVD with Greatest Filmography 1999-2006: Red/Blue

primelajule- Around the world tour! That would be awesome! ::fingers crossed he includes Europe::
