The Diabolos in Korea DVD came out last month.The title is kind of misleading, as it's not a DVD of the concert at all, but rather a documentary about Gackt in Korea. It shows a couple of minutes of the concert at most, but it goes for about an hour and a half and has a lot of interesting behind the scenes stuff, and interviews with Gackt & fans.
Dears was updated today with a list of magazines Gackt's going to be in later this month, and there are quite a lot of them. Most of them seem to be TV magazines, so maybe they'll be about the drama~
There's something at the Nippon Crown site about Gackt's new music video for 「野に咲く花のように」.

Gackt's going to be at the Kawaguchi Autorace on Christmas Eve, and it sounds like he'll be doing much the same things as he did there in November last year (riding a bike around, presenting awards & composing a fanfare to be played at the ceremony).
During the show ther will be performed Sanctuary, written by Gackt and limited cards and other gadgets will be given for free. The Gran Prix will air on Sky, channel 216 "Better Life Channel" on 24/12 from 10.00 to 16.00 and on Buch Plaza.

The Furin Kazan website went up a few days ago~ If you go to the 'topics' page, it has a comment from Gackt & a picture of him & some of his co-stars. It's the same one as in the newspapers, though. I think there's going to be a book about the drama available later this month.

Gackt will be releasing a new single on 07/02/07, & it's "No ni Saku Hana no You ni" (FLOWER THAT BLOOMS IN THE FIELD),the song he performed at a school graduation ceremony earlier this year. (The site says there's an album & single, but it might just be 2 versions of the single). The limited version will cost 1500 yen while the CD only version will be 1000 yen.

February 28, 2006 Maiko High School in Hyogo Prefecture became the site of surprising story. Gackt had been a regular on the Nippon Hoso late night broadcast program when he received a letter from a distraught young man. The young man was a student in the only environmental distaster prevention program in all of Japan, however the program itself was at risk due to lack of participants, and the boy asked the program for advice. Both having experienced the Kobe earthquake firsthand, and agreeing with the need for preparedness and the curriculum of Maiko High , Gackt sent them the response, " First, become that great person that people can look to learn about the appeal of distaster pervention class ." Later the boy wrote Gackt that the class had managed to add enough people to the class . . . And that he would very much like to have Gackt come to the school's graduation ceremony.

One year later, on February 28, 2006, Gackt decided to surprise his listener with a completely secret appearance at school graduation ceremony where he performed his own songs live and spoke to them words of encouragement. Due to overwhelming response from Gackt 's fans, the unreleased track that Gackt performed at the school is coming to CD! With lyrics reminiscing of Gackt 's time in school, and a message that overcomes the borders of countries, Gackt 's new song is a moving new track full of emotion. Limited edition includes bonus DVD with the music video for "No ni Saku Hana no Yo ni." Also includes piano score (with guitar chords) for the song!

And I wanted to say hi! By the way Darkshadow thanks for all the information+ links!!!

Gackt is very cool. I wish he would perform in the US *sighs* but i don't think there's any chance of that. -_-

Didn't he go on tour there once? I know he recorded Junigatsu no Love Song in New York (the pv at any rate) and I know he went (or is going?) to Vancouver... If only he would come to Quebec or Toronto now THAT would be awesome!

My favorite songs (right now... it changes depending on my mood...) are Birdcage, Emu ~ for my dear, Uncertain Memories, Hoshi no Suna and Orenji no Taiyo! (But really aren't they ALL great!)

My favorite Pvs are Vanilla (I really like the live!) and Redemption.
And The movie Moon Child was great!

(I can't remember if darkshadow mentioned it or not....) but you know I read (more then ONCE!!!), that Gackt and Yoshiki (Ex-member of X-Japan) were forming a band together (Gackt:vocals and Yoshiki piano+drums... other members unknown if any...) and apparently they'll have a live tour in America!
Let's hope that includes here!!!
