For those of you bringing things up about what Gackt "said" -- he's been known to lie during interviews. It's pointless to take anything his says seriously. Personally, I don't blame him. I'd do the same thing.

I agree, Those reporters and the interviews can get very anoying after a while, just imagen getting the same damned question over and over again, sometimes even about things that you did like 10 years ago! I would lie my a** off, esp, during stupid questions. Stupid question, stupid reply!!

And his looks... He looks weird sometimes, I don't consider him the most beautiful man on earth as a lot of people do, there are some guys in my school that look even better than him. *hehe* And they haven't done anything to their face. But his not ugly either. I like his lips and eyes, and hair in Vanilla hihi

I don't think that Michael Jackson can be compared to Gackt. Michael Jackson is obviously addicted to plastic surgery, and basically doesn't even have a face. Gackt at least still looks like a human being haha. Gackt might like little boys though I'm not sure haha j/k... Gackt was also decent looking before the surgery. I think that Gackt has a very nice body, and I don't think he has had work on his body like he has on his face. I don't think he is the best looking japanese artist though, don't get me wrong. I think there are a lot better looking artists, who didn't have plastic surgery!

same thing with me. gackt is sometimes expetually in his MM days..however i do think other guys are much better looking..i wouldnt call gackt perfect i really love his voice for MM tho.. i havent heard much of his solo music..

Nope. Hasn't been proven as far I know. And I think he might have gotten surgery to get rid of a scar but that's it. People just think he had surgery 'cause they're jealous and can't believe you can look that good without it. And of course people SAY he did 'cause it sells. If you put, "GACKT HAD PLASTIC SURGERY!!!" on the front cover of a magizine it'll sell like hot cakes. Does that mean it's true? No.
And even if it is, come on! The guy's pushing 500! Who WOULDN'T need plastic surgery at that age??? LOL

Lol yes! I think he had a plasitc surgery. He's that type of the person who would do anything to be perfect and admired. Not that i'm saying that is wrong. I like his music (it's not my favorite, but I do like it) and that's all I care about. Plastic surgeries? None of my interest.

I don't find him really that attractive. Well i'm a boy, but can look on the veiw point of a girl lol, and know what they look for in looks in a guy. Gackt has a nice face, really that is all. plus he is thin, which Adds to it. He also has hair like me liek many of you know, or viceversa. If there was people in jrock that i found attractive, i'd have to go for Ken (Laruku), Yu~kii {Malice Mizer} and Shinya [Dir~en~grey]. Anyways, I don't think Gackt is that bad looking, I think he's weird looking sometimes, but not bad looking. I definitely think that it's obvious that he's had work done, but I don't see that necessarily as a bad thing. He didn't go overboard with it, and he still looks relatively human, so if that's what he wants do then, meh, more power to him. I just hope he doesn't do much more work, he's at that crossroads now where he could go into "the freakdom of no return" if he continues.

You'd have to be blind if you didn't notice the difference in Gackt's current face and his Malice Mizer face. He had a nose job for sure, just watch old Malice Mizer interviews, lives, or look at photos. His nose had a slight hook. Don't get me wrong, I still think he was attractive, and I don't think he's ugly now either. You can't go by what has or hasn't been confirmed. Look at Michael Jackson, he says he has only had 2 surgeries on his nose...

And about the plastic surgiry thing, i think we would never found out
the real treuth.

I think:

Gackt has been working hard on his body, looks and everything.
He might lie, but he told people many times before that
he does a lot of work, and preforming people also cost a lot of energy (as does smoking).
Okay he may look a bit accuird sometimes, but i still think
he is cool no matter how silly he is or acts.

About his body (not his face), he has a very slender femmine body.

I think Gackt IS pretty. He's not BEAUTIFUL and he's not my be all end all bishounen (see username and avatar for the man that has that spot on my list) but I think sayng he's ugly is a huge, HUGE stretch. I'm not really a fan of calling anyone ugly 'cause I think it's untrue. No one's truly ugly. For someone to be ugly it would have to be impossible for anyone to be attracted to them. Which is not possible. Somewhere out there, there IS someone with the right brain wiring to be attracted to someone else that others may not be. No one's really truly ugly.
