I'm putting together a feasibility study for a low elevation FSO bridge over a public road, and by Dorn are the Brit's ever secretive (read, bloody obstinate) about pricing.
I know for a fact (thanks to a half dozen papers on the subject) that Japan has a better saturation of free space laser bridges than here, but my language barrier has limited me to searching for (so far inferior) British (branded?) products.
I'm fairly convinced that it would be both long-run cheaper and better performing to order a quad of trancievers from abroad and install them myself, and would rather go Japanese than American or Baltic.
So my query is, does anyone know of special purpose, Japanese comp network equipment vendors who do laser bridges, and if so can you link me to them.

Malamis.
