in term of extreme i mean violence "no hentai"

ichi the killer isn't really an anime but more likely a movie ^^
for animes from what I've seen I'd quote berserk, baoh, blood the last vampire, blue gender, perfect blue, akira and as the previous guy said: hellsing. That all I can think about at the moment...

The most violent animes sometimes have hentai in them somewhere like Ninja Scroll. The End Of Evangelion is worth a mention too.

same here but in perfect blue there were scenes like
**spoiler**
the one where you see a knife stab a man's eye
**end spoiler**
It's sure that there's less blood in comparison with berserk and akira but still I found it gore...

i have seen that movie,
its not a knife its a screwdriver
its pretty funny.
its like one guy drops something and the other guy is like let me get that for you, meanwhile the other guy repays him by stabbing him in the eye.

I can't bear this kind of things lol
I think I was like 15 years old when I saw this and nearly puked

Mine are the mecha fights! Man that gets my juices going! And there's some gore in it.....well semi...naw gore. A guy gets a knife thrown at his neck. Blood splatters all over the place and he just falls while the commanding officer on deck just stands there. now that felt good. and oh yea.../spoilerend
