Do you delete message archive of a person if he/she blocked you?

It's very rare here on JREF to delete anything without special circumstances. I assume you mean somewhere on the internet like a Facebook chat. Make the wrong lady angry and she might burn your house down or hire a hit man to take you out. Sounds like you better let that bridge be burned and not try and cross it.
