There's a regular column in the weekly 週刊文春 which is surprisingly "explicit" given the widespread popularity of the magazine. Perhaps you know it? The title of the column is, "寂女の雑誌から".
I look forward to reading it if only to widen my range of expression in the Japanese language but am constantly failed by the references I have at hand.
I have the latest edition of the Super Daijirin (スーパー大辞林) dictionary yet it contains almost none of the words and expressions I have questions about when reading this particular column.
Given the popularity of the magazine one would assume most people would be familiar with the terms used and yet none of my dictionaries contain entries for many of the terms used in the column. If one were to learn the Japanese language entirely from a dictionary one might get - in my opinion quite mistaken - impression the Japanese were not at all interested in sex and its related activities! Contrast this with a typical English dictionary which has no qualms about including any terms in popular usage, sexual in nature or otherwise. Is it a case of there just being too many of these terms in Japanese for the editors of dictionaries to consider including?
Anyway, although I'd be happy to hear people's thoughts about this matter I'm writing this post to ask whether anyone knows the meaning of the following excerpt taken from the September edition of the above magazine:
「興味ありありだが、言い出せずにいる。三点責めを是非試してみたい。(50歳)」

Hahaha, I had to look up what 「3点責め」was but I found it out. So the whole sentence roughly translates to:
"I am very very interested (in her), but I can't (dare) speak out. I would love try out 3点責め (on her)"
Now it seems that 3点責め in the stimulation of the vagina by both hands and tongue. Funny.

So that's it. I was wondering. Do you mind me asking where you found this definition? Perhaps you have a dictionary you can recommend?

I'm beginning to think English lacks useful neat terms. In my search for a definition I came across the "profile" of one Japanese guy on the 'net in which he professed, under Skills, to 三点責め. It just wouldn't have been the same if he'd had to have said, "Skills: sexual pleasuring a woman with both hands and my tongue"!

By the way: if I had provided the context in which the excerpt was taken you would probably translate it as, "I have great interest (in it) ...."

I just typed 「3点責め」 in my Goo search toolbar (weird name now I come to think of it), and one hit gave the explanation.. That's all really. In my experience many Japanese dictionaries lack the "dirty words", and I can't really recommend one I'm afraid.

Mmm are you sure? I went to Google and typed that in and it gave 10100 hits. I found a description of this on the second search page.

No guarantee that the definitions are accurate. And the descriptions are quite explicit, so minors please refrain.

It is their policy of the publisher.
Please tell me about the 'date' of the one. mm/dd or the like.
