Continuing the conversation in Japanese

Hi every one,
I was wondering if anyone has some good tips from when they started conversational japanese, of ways to keep your conversation in japanese!

I have a few that I currently use for example....

.......は日本語で何と言いますか for how do you say ....... in japanese.

.......は何という意味ですか for what does ........ mean

.......の反対は何ですか for whats the opposite of ........ (e.g 嬉しいの反対は何ですか whats the opposite of happy?)

すみません少し大きいな声で話してください for please talk a little louder.

any tips greatly appreciated.

I have always found talking with people who don't speak English a sure-fire way to keep the conversation in Japanese.
