Boy x boy - why is it sexy?

Believe it or not men are actually more romantic, serious, and emotional than women are when it comes to a relationship. Men are statistically more likely to committ suicide from a relationship that the woman had ended more than a woman committing suicide when the man had ended the relationship. This could possibly tie into your comment about men being more jealous. Media and general misconception perceive it as men being the least emotional ones in a relationship, but contrary to the believe psychology has proven otherwise. Men are more fragile than women are in emotions because they are brought up not to show it, or express them to other men. Due to this, men on average are more stressed out than women who are pregnant. Pretty amazing huh?

hmm.... i deffinatly see you're point here.
men in general tend to supress their emotions a lot.... i know when we were going through.... somethin no teenager should ever have to go through.... i mean, both me and my sister were seeing a counceler.... but my brother.... he just locked himself away and drowned himself in music and work....
they tend to have this opinion that just because they're the 'male' they need to show that they're stronger than us, and girls have this idea that because they're 'female' they can be weak....
me... i'd die before i let people thin i was weak.... i don;t want to have to rely on anyone ofr my happiness but me... i think.... possibly.... guys might feel the same? like, that they shouldn't need anyone.... butt hen when someone does come.... it all suddenly falls appart, and they're suddenly more expresive with their emotions... which leaves them in fragile state if that link is broken.....

ofcause... this also relates back to a previous point... about the guys being 'girly' or whatever in shonen-ai.... it's quite probably the case that... the mangaka is exploiting this... because it's two guys releasing heir emotions with eachother... with is seen as a 'girly' thing to do... but maybe this is the case for a guys relationship wth another guy.... they seem to become more 'feminin' because the beging to share their emotions with another guy.....
 
I hate it when guys say that crying, or being emotional is too girly.... maybe its one reason why I like yaoi.... it goes against the normal masculine belief....
 
Whoa... So much to catch up on... half of it isn't even on topic either.

I love the last post Doc made. It's definitly true. I think it's so dumb that men hide behind their masculinity. I don't understand why. It doesn't make weak if you feel. Emotions aren't limited only to women.
 
lol, yeah... you have kinda been missing huh

*nods* it really is.... but i think it really damages them too.... i know from my own experience that bottling up emotion is not a great move....
so, i guess the fact that they seeming y handle it shows that htey're uite stong... but the piont is they don't need to be....
 
i talked with my friends about that and i've noticed we like in yaoi not only guys who are not afraid of showing their feminine side but also type of woman presented in most yaoi stuff - it's not cute and silly bishoujo but real women with a personality who's not afrais to be angry and say some unpopular things

i think it's nice that there's not so common in yaoi to show streotypical woman and man, but the real nature of every person which have both feminine and masculine features

the women do tend to be better in shionen-ai than in other manga......
 
so you don't like this not very bright bishoujos as well as me
it really drive me crazy that girls in most manga are so dependent and silly - i like yaoi because i don't have watch these immature girls (hee hee and i can watch sexy boys )
i don't know if anyone have seen that but for example in level c there's woman who i really liked - maybe she's not very nice sometimes but it's good i like when character have some negative features and is not in 100% positive it's always more interesting and more realistic i think - i don't believe that there are people with entirely pure souls because generally humans are quite complicated and often combine opposing features like for example feminine and mascuine features (so i've backed to the starting point )

but eclipse - this black haired guy - he's so sexy... and his gown (i don't know how call that thing he's wearing..) has always so sexy neckline

you know for me this story is so ... chaotic... when i read third volume everything became so clear, but the first one and second one .... a little crazy...

i didn't know it's korean... i know only one korean manga published in poland and it was.... sucks ... esp drawings.... but demon diary is quite nice :eclipse is my sex god *

i meant author of story not of drawings - it's impossible they will let some child draw a comic and then publish it
i've read that kara (mangaka) found in internet girl who was going to write a story but she didn't know the girl is so young but of course kara liked her text so let the girl work
