So guess what -- it is only about Congress (the government) restricting speech rights. That's why a private forum like this can freely delete your speech if they like. Of course there are also anti-discrimination laws so a restaurant probably couldn't legally refuse service to a person because they have a Biden shirt or MAGA hat on. So it's not always clearcut.
It depends. They can't legally refuse service on the basis of a legally protected characteristic.
