Just a thought ...

Today - I feel pretty good ! Am celebrating 38 years of marriage to a super lady - and even remembered to buy roses on the way home from work !

Any of you other guys out there married too ? (I know there are one or two .... even you younger folks !)

@ main topic, no i'm not married, however i plan to get married, hopefully sooner or later, i think 25 -27 would be an optimal age for me to get married so that i would have some stability and means to support my family

Just to let you know ... the Missus ("She who must be obeyed") and I ain't perfect, though ! Had a few differences in the past (had to bring in the glazier once for repairs ...!) - but ... a little give and take can make life well worth living !

We've been together for 24 years; married for 19. Still very much in love with each other. Not all has been smooth and easy going, but then again, nothing in life is.

We did reach stage 3 of Mike Cash's list once some years back and I hope we never do it again. You just have to respect each other, do the romance thing and kiss often. We even still "date" on the weekends and I cook breakfast for her every Sunday morning. Not much I know, but she enjoys and looks forward to it.

Nahh! Still single after all these years. Probably won't marry either as I'm too set in my ways and too comfortable in my lifestyle to change. Besides, there's no woman on the face of this planet who'd want anything to do with a nutjob like me.
