Which sentences would be used?
(a) Are you going somewhere in/during/for (the) spring vacation/break?
(b) Are you going to go somewhere in/during/for (the) spring vacation/break?
(c) Will you go somewhere in/during/for (the) spring vacation/break?
(d) Will you be going somewhere in/during/for (the) spring vacation/break?

1. are you going somewhere for spring break?
2. will you be somewhere for spring break?

might have different meaning.
1 = very neutral
2 = a question like my employer would ask. The intention to ask such question is not whether or not the person wishes to know where you want to go.

in/during/for all OK.
Grammatically, all are OK but 'going to go' is a bit convoluted so I think most people would avoid saying or writing this structure.

Are you going somewhere in/during/for (the) spring vacation?
