I love watching this series from foodnetwork.. Actually, I like the Japanese version than the new one, which is aired nowadays "Iron Chef America" but it's still cool though --we still have iron chefs Sakai and Morimoto 
however, the Iron Chef American version lacks the introduction that I love from the Jap. version wherein it discusses something interesting about the theme of the day
for example, cabbage is the theme of the day --there's some tidbits of information given about cabbage.. also, the American version lacks the introduction about the iron chefs themselves.. and they should have other chef challengers to battle against the iron chefs allez cuisine!!!
