The guy (and, yes, Mike Cash, those ARE indeed football-watching-beer-guzzling MEN with hairy legs and all) in the picture is 亀梨和也(Kazuya Kamenashi), a member of the group KAT-TUN. And the lyric shown at the bottom is that of their latest single "BIRTH" as someone has pointed out. The song was used as the ending theme for the TV drama "妖怪人間べム(Yo-kai Ningen Bem) that aired last year in which Kamenashi starred as the title character.
