1. たとえ言ってることがわかっても、どういう気持ちでそ ういってるのかわかるには、やっぱり時間がかかります よ。違う人間同士ですからね・・・

I believe the first sentence means "Even if you understand what she says, it's bound to take time before you understand the feelings behind her words."

I am a bit unclear about the purpose of the second sentence. Is it making a statement about people in general, like "everybody's different"? Is it talking about the two people in question being different?


2. うん、それがさぁ、何かわかんなくちゃったんだよ、自 分が何がやりたいのか。

My translation: "Yeah, I've ended up not really knowing what I want to do (in life)."

Is this 何か the filler word like English "like", or is that always なんか? If not, what is its purpose? Is it possibly combining with the negative verb わかんなくちゃった to add a meaning like "really" in my translation?


3. 足立さんが元気がなくなる原因になった、さやかさんと の会話を聞いてみましょう。

I know this is asking the student to listen to a conversation between Adachi and Sayaka, and I know the first part refers to the cause of Adachi-san's low spirits. However, I do not understand what になった signifies here, or how it joins the two parts together.


4. なんで？何か仕事か何かあんの？

My translation: "What? Do you have to work or something?"

あんの = あるの, right?


5. The speaker's girlfriend is suspicious because she saw him in a cafe with another girl. The speaker says:

いや、そんな、変な気遣わないでよ。

I understand そんな気遣わないでよ would mean "don't worry so", but I how does 変な fit into this grammatically? It looks like 変な should modify 気, but would that not disrupt the set expression 気遣う?

The former one. People are all different, so it's hard to know what others actually think.

That's なんか, and your interpritation "filler" is correct. This can be used also in affirmative sentence, like なんかよくわかるんだよ.
If it's read なにか, it's the object of わかんない. It's not grammatically impossible but sounds awkward to me. Probably because 自分が何がやりたいのか is also the object of わかんない, so it's repetitive.

足立さんが元気がなくなる原因になった modifies 会話.

4)
Right.

5)
The speaker would want to say "Don't be suspicious of me", but I highly suspect that it might be a typo/misuse of 変な気（を）回さないでよ.

3. Right, I see the grammar of it now. However, I am still a bit uncertain about the meaning of なった in 足立さんが元気がなくなる原因になった会話. Does it mean a conversation in which the cause of Adachi-san's low spirits is revealed/explained?

lit. the conversation that is the cause of Adachi-san's low spirits

Adachi became to be in low spirits by doing that conversation.
(AがBの原因になる is an idiom, meaning "A causes B".)
