"まったしつもんです"

"まった" is a colloquial form of "wait!"

Once again is また.

"六月ほど日本語を勉強します。"

六月 = month of June. 6 months is "Rokkagetsu."

勉強します = is "I study" or "I intend to study" "I have been studying" is "勉強shite imasu"


I want to continue but I have to go back to work and look at some contracts now, so I'll look at the rest a bit later.

Here I go again.

今私はアメリカに入ります。

You're saying you're entering the United States now. To say you're living in America, "今, 私はアメリカにsunde imasu."

Or to say "I am in America" would be "今, 私はアメリカに imasu."

一週間に東京へ行きます。

If you want to say you're going to Tokyo in a week, how about
"Ato 一週間 de 東京へ行きます"

二週間ほど東京で入るって私は帰ります。

I would say "二週間ほど東京に ite, sorekara 帰ります"

入る = to enter (hairu)

I didn't check the rest of it....but I think these are the most natural ways to say you'll be there two weeks.

You're saying you're entering the United States now, Yes, 「今、 私はアメリカに住んでいます」 is good. But if you have never lived in a foreign country before, you should say only 「私はアメリカに住んでいます」.

一週間に東京へ行きます

Yes, 「あと一週間で東京へ行きます」 is good.

二週間ほど東京で入るって私は帰ります

Yes, 「二週間ほど東京にいて、それから帰ります」or 「2週間東京に行って来る」 are good. And 「二週間ほど東京に滞在する予定です」 is good too!

about 「まったね～」
This greeting word is a transformational word of 「また/again」。 In this case you can say 「またね～」 or 「まったね～」. Both of them are not mistake, but usually you can not say 「まった」.
And 「まつ/wait」 can say 「まった」 as an imperative sentence or interrogative sentence. But 「また/again」 and 「まつ/wait」 are different words.

I thought it was weird she used mattane but i'll stick to using mata then, it just had me second guessing whether i was using the right term.
I thought iru was a root for iru i keep getting those mixed up.

Yes, the sign of spring is in the air!! It's usually warm now (reaching 15 to 18 degrees C) but the weekend will be cold. It's the 三寒四温（さんかんしおん） season. (Three cold days, followed by 4 warm ones and spring arriving eventually.) Cherry blossoms reach full bloom roughly 7 days from the start of bloom （開花・かいか）. Inokashira Park is great because alcohol-drinking hanami is not allowed inside. Another nice place to see the flowers is Jindai Botanical Garden, which is very close to your place. It has a very big lawn where you can picnic (no alcohol allowed) and view the cherry trees. We used to picnic there when the kids were small. Enjoy your stay!

I'm really in a very busy part of the year and probably will be able to see only the cherry trees in my own neighborhood. (I'm usually busy when the weather is great

Sumida and Ueno must be popular for company parties....the ones where advance scouts are sent out to duke it out for the most coveted views. Around Inokashira apparently putting a blanket down and leaving it there counts as a reservation. There's no expectation of it being tampered with. That absolutely amazed me the first time I heard it !
