Hi. Does the に in 狂三に学校案内をする equal のために?
Bu the way, is the underlined というから a set phrase meaning “because”?
So this という of というから just means “I heard”, right?から indeed means "because", but というから is not a set phrase.
Then how about this example? Is this に of 彼女に the same as のために?に is a particle that indicates the target, so it's the same as ～に対して. It doesn't always ～のために.
Right. So this という of というから just means “I heard”, right?
That's the same に as the initial one. に indeed means ～のために as a result in those two examples, but it totally depends on the context whether に can have that meaning or not. Then how about this example? Is this に of 彼女に the same as のために?
