What is なっちょる? Could it be なって・は・おる?

Is やろうとせん = やろう・と・しない?

What is 言うたのか?


4. 「他人のことをそんなふうに罵るなんて、むかつくよ」

In the book, 他人 has the furigana ひと. What is signified by this (I assume?) uncommon pronunciation?


5. 「ルシウス・マルフォイが、学校に乗り込んできおった かもしれんぞ、・・・」

What is きおった? Could it be 気負った? Or something to do with 来る + おる??


6. ハリーは怒りにまかせて、くっついた歯をぐいとこじ開けた。

Which form of which verb is まかせて?


7. ハリーはむきになった。ふとハグリッドを見ると、笑っている 。

From the general context, it seems that the subject of 笑っている must be ハグリッド, not ハリー. Is this written correctly?

Are (1), (2) and (3) more country-bumpkin-type speech?

I think those speeches sound more likely "old-people's-like" (in rural, of course).
