What って is this? Indicates supposition?

What is the subject of 調和したい? Can it be 住空間? Is it possible for inanimate things to be the subject of したい?

What does から mean here? Why not に? Does から suggest that the fire spread from the delicatessen to other buildings?


4. いくら器だけを日本一にしても、中身が三流やったらな ～んの意味もないんちゃうの？

a) What is ちゃう? My assumption is that it is probably something to do with しまう, but I thought ちゃう was usually ～てしまう and I don't see where the て comes from.

b) Does だけ mean 器 by itself, i.e. excluding 中身?
