〜なら... 〜ということです

『今はウィザードの災害復興部隊がいるからね。すぐに直せるなら、一回くらい壊してちゃっても大丈夫ってことでしょ。』

Hi. Can I think of "〜なら... 〜ということです" as a fixed pattern? If not, how can I understand it better? My best shot would be "if XX happens, it means that...", as in "If you make them fix it immediately, it means that destroying it once or twice is OK."

But somehow this understanding seems a bit off me.

I think you understand the grammar, but 直せる is potential, not causative.

"If they can fix it immediately, ..."

Also I have a feeling 一回くらい here means "just once", like (2), or (3)... ほど、程度. Numbers are usually "approximate, about", but "one time" is different from a quantity, I think.

It's not a fixed expression/pattern, but just a combination of なら conditional and ～ということ, as you interpreted correctly.
