I'd like to ask you a question.
I want to find more songs like Meiko Kaji's 'The Flower Of Carnage', like really soft female songs like this type of music. Is there a genre of music for that song? Please let me know!

There is a genre of music for that song. It's called "enka" (演歌). The best match to Meiko Kaji's vocals would be that of Teresa Teng (テレサ・テン) or Hiromi Iwasaki (岩崎宏美)
Also as a primer into enka music i'd recommend Hako Yamasaki (山崎 ハコ)、Mina Aoe (青江 三奈) and Miyuki Nakajima (中島みゆき) （although most Nakajima's songs are not enka per se)

I prefer 歌謡曲 (kayoukyoku) to enka, though both are among my tunes.

On YouTube, do a search for either 演歌 or 歌謡曲 and you should be able to entertain yourself for many hours.

美空ひばり (Misora Hibari)
渡辺はま子 (Watanabe Hamako)
李香蘭 / 山口淑子 (Rikouran / Yamaguchi Yoshiko)(same person)

Different genre, but for arguably the only "idol singer" who could actually sing, 山口百恵 (Yamaguchi Momoe).
