Like that thread, I understand a bit counter, but I do have question about, like 'Is there any situation where の must be used between counter and noun?'. But I don't feel like asking too much question about it, so I don't post it.

How you post is up to you, but remember that you're learning the language of a country where politeness is highly important. In real life conversations, when you're listening to someone talk, you're expected to acknowledge them (by indicating you're still listening and interested) much more so than in the West, even *as* they're talking. To answer your question, -ちゃん in general usage is a suffix for people's names: a cute-ified version of -さん. It's probably the most well-known Japanese word among foreigners after 可愛い and です . In this specific instance though, 赤 is not a name, instead 赤ちゃん is a noun meaning "baby".

somehow, I mistook kanji 赤(red) with kanji 走(run) and didn't realized it until I read this post.
I even though it's some -ちゃん is kind of form, like '~ちゃ' which is from '~ては' or '~ちゃう' which is from '~てしまう'. so focus on ちゃん, I didn't realize I misread the kanji....

Your attitude shows how seriously you are learning Japanese. I have an answer to that question, but you wouldn't need it anymore. Hope someone else will help you and your future threads won't end up being like this...
