What Japanese music video is this??? PLZ HELP!

There is a music video I saw with 2 blue cartoon monsters on the beach and they are walking and whey they sing things are coming out of their mouth. It's a male singer and one of the cartoon characters is playing the guitar. PLZ help I really want to know the name.

Unfortunately not, I would rip the audio from it if I knew where I could see the video. I remember watching it about 2 years ago on Universal Japan's youtube channel but I don't think it's on there anymore. Sucks for me

If it helps anyone to guess, in the video one of the blue cartoon creatures was fat and the other was skinny. The big one played the acoustic guitar. TY.
