Is there any difference between this 2?

レストラン昼ご飯を食べた。

レストラン昼ご飯を食べた。
 
In this case, you should use "で".
The latter sentence doesn't make sense.
You can say, however, "レストランに昼ご飯を食べに行った。"

レストラン昼ご飯を食べた。
レストラン ご飯を食べた。
Just leave off the 昼 in #2 and switch around resturant for lunch. :p



ランチ ご飯を食べた。
