『ひたすら』と『しか』の違いさはなに？

ひたすら means concentration, it's an adverb which can be translated as "single-mindedly" though it may vary depends on the context.
To me ひたすら気持ちいい sounds wrong - you cannot feel good "single-mindedly".

しか means only.
気持ちいいしか sounds a bit weird, too...
You can say 気持ちいいとしか言えない though.
(I cannot say but "it feels good")

By the way, 違い is a noun -- there's no need to add さ.

I saw a comment which was ひたすら気持ちいい So looking it up, One meaning was "Nothing but" and I remembered しか can be used for a "nothing but" exclamation.

Thanks for the tip Glenn, need to break that habit.

ひたすら in my previous post is from the grammatical point of view.
But there are many words/expressions which are not really correct but often used (or mis-used) by native Japanese speakers in daily life, especially on the blog, or internet in general.
I assume that ひたすら in your example is used in the same way as ただ (which is translated as "just"). It is to emphasize 気持ちいい.

しか is normally used with ない, so you cannot replace ひたすら with しか.
気持ちいいしか sounds like a sentence which is not finished.

ひたすら気持ちいい
↓
ただ気持ちいい
ただただ気持ちいい

If using しか,
気持ちいいとしかいえない (I can say nothing but feeling-good/I can say it's just feeling-good)
is the only example I can think of though there can be some more...

Yeah, I found something like 1600 hits on Google searching ひたすら気持ちいい. Most of them had it used just like that. I learned something new from that: I wasn't aware of that usage.

Yeah I was aware that しか requires a negative "clause" per say. I was just wondering if there was special requirement or could you say the same thing with the 2 different....(forms?)

ひたすら also has the meanings "程度が完全なさま。まったく。(広辞苑)", so ひたすら気持ちいい could be used as ただただ気持ちいい or something like that. I personally use ひたすら as in とにかく/とても/すごく line, too.

とにかく has another usage as なにはともあれ, e.g. in とにかくやってみよう.

あのドラマにはとにかく感動した。
昨日はとにかく忙しかった。

It's same meaning as なにしろ/ことのほか.
