I'm not disagreeing with him, more saying what its supposed to translate to (according to Gaku Space, another native Japanese speaker), rather than what it actually means.

I'm inclined to agree with @Toritoribe ; 豆腐の方が切り甲斐があるぜ makes more sense than 豆腐の方が 切り替えがあるぜ. With Toritoribe's the idea that what Genji is cutting is less satisfying than cutting tofu is clear. With the one from the game wiki...well, you've seen the confusion.

Hmmm, I think it was the VAs that translated, I would imagine them being fluent if they didn't speak the languages natively.
