Agreed. Either way, the correct word is 切り甲斐, and 切り替え is wrong. This is a fact.

Hmmm, I think it was the VAs that translated, I would imagine them being fluent if they didn't speak the languages natively.

Believe it or not sometimes there are typos in Japanese materials too. That is, people typing the wrong thing. There's been more than a few times where I've tried to figure something out only to find out that it was error in whatever was printed or typed. Usually it's obvious to a native speaker but I always assume whatever was written there was correct. But that's not always a valid assumption.
