I am not comfortable saying my University haha. But I got accepted in Entrance examination and will be recommended to Mext scholarship. How many percentage the chance to be accepted in MEXT scholarship ( I suspect it is PGP but It is not listed in the official list of PGP in MEXT website so I am not sure )

Generally speaking once your university recommend you for the MEXT scholarship, you will be accepted by MEXT. It's just a matter of paperwork because MEXT has set aside a specified number of scholarships for each Japanese university which the Japanese universities have already applied for. (they apply to MEXT for a certain number of scholarship slots, and are accepted or rejected based upon their plan for how to use these scholarship slots. These days MEXT Is a little bit more severe/strict on the Japanese universities, and the scholarships are less common or fewer in number than before, but once you were recommended by your Japanese host university that means that they are using one of their alloted slots for you and it should be a matter of just MEXT receiving the documents and approving themBut the universe he will not tell you that you are approved until all the documents have been officially approved. But sometimes professors will tell you unofficially that you should get the scholarship it depends on the professor.

So for all intensive purposes you should be OK.

Thank you!!. I have question.... right now I am working as R.A in another lab/ other country (but when I apply in their university I haven't starting working as R.A) does it will affect my chances? (contract is till July) and currently as you said it is not 100% sure for MEXT. It is okay to apply for other scholarship in another country? (My boss will recommend me so the chances to get this is slightly higher)

It was the final acceptance from the University I received yesterday.

As I understood, the PGP does not require university results. University formally recommends students highlighted by the graduate school, and that's it. I haven't filled such a form, but we discussed with the student affairs assistant that I can't apply for another scholarship until the final results anointment. BTW, I'm going for biostudies.
This process literally takes too much time, and waiting is so exhausting. In June, the deadline for another scholarship will pass. Therefore, I'm so worried that MEXT will reject me, and I'll not have options.
