Philly, huh...brings back some good ole memories. I lived up in Jersey for about a year, and went down there to visit a female friend (from India) who lived just a little north east of some big park...you know, with the building used in the Rocky movie. I had a great time on those weekends.

Welcome to the forum. I found the best Japanese food is the stuff you make yourself, unless you go to a Japanese restaurant a lot, but that get can get expensive All you require is one good cook book and a place to get your ingredients from, either on-line or locally. Have fun
