Yet another introduction from the Netherlands ^^

Yo ^^,
I'm a 20 year old German who has lived in the Netherlands since the age of 7. I'm currently studying Information Technology in Amsterdam.
I'm though living in Europe. I'm actually thinking about moving to Japan, at least for a few years.
I can't really describe my bonds with Japan. Some people who know tell me that I might have been a Japanese dude in my last life =P But I don't know, I just love the culture, anime, the Japanese language and Aikido ^^.
But first things first. I haven't even been there yet -_-" I want go to Japan this summer but I'm finding it difficult to find people to come with me. That's why I registered here. Maybe there is someone here who is also looking for someone to travel with ^^
Maybe I should post that question in the "Japan Practical" Forum?

I might warn you.. In the same way you are fed up of living in Europe, some people on this forum are equally fed up with people who are fed up living in their own country and wanting to move to Japan because of some fascination that started with Manga, Anime, martial arts and.. Well, never developed into true knowledge about the country.

I am not saying that you are nothing more than a Japan otaku, but I hope to see you prove the people wrong that will think that you are one.. 'Cos I'm pretty sure there will be some people thinking like that if they read your introduction.

Ah well, the most important thing is that you enjoy yourself here, so.. Enjoy!!

Thanks for the warning ^^ Maybe that really sounds a bit to much Otaku-stereotype-like ^^ I know what you are pointing at but I don't consider myself like that. That's because Japan isn't the only country that interests me, my interests go further than just anime and martial arts and I'd actually like to go there this summer to find out what life is like in Japan ^^. So I hope people won't bash me down based on my introduction ^^

He's still a university student in Kobe now.
