Look at your first photo you have in photobucket. The address is in the bottom right corner of that picture. Just copy it as you see there, with his full name coming first after the company name-

Which is how I would do it, but if I got it wrong (a distinct possibility), someone will let you know.

Don't worry about stroke-order, just copy it down. We are going for functionality here, not looks. The only kanji I used not on your card were 窶愿ｺ窶怒ﾂ and 窶罵ﾂ (enlarged for your convenience).

If it clearly says "JAPAN" in caps and underlined so our fine USPS workers can read it, it will get in the correct bin. For airmail, that is all the sorting computer will be programmed to recognize anyway.

Also, I'm 17. I'm sorry, I need further help/i need to make sure I copy everything down right. There is also the problem of how to write down kanji and print them out (Since i cannot install JWPce on my computer down stairs, and there is no network for printer between this one and mine. The computer with JWPce has no printer)

By copy I mean write them physically, with a pen. Don't worry about stroke order, just get them to look right. You can check them yourself since, well, either they look like the ones on the business card or they don't.

GCL, if I may ask... why are you so intent in mailing this individual? What exactly are you planning to write? You do realize of course that the exchange of business cards between people is often just a common courtesy, nothing more. It doesn't actually mean "mail me at first opportunity even though we don't know each other from squat and communication is an obstacle at best..." I for one would have no interest in corresponding with someone who approached me anonymously and then started sending me faxes at work just to practice his English on me. Think about it.

Because I've never had to chance to actually speak to someone who i sjapanese and that's all they can speak. I did that because I wanted to thank him, and I had a friend translate it so the japanese is correct. He sent the fax for me. All I said I was thank you, and that I wanted to know what he was asking me.

Well that's good for you. Hopefully he will care though. He seemed very surprised and I'm glad I was able to talk to him. Not only this, I can study the kanji on his card and learn from it.
