Word order when using ある/いる

My textbook says that the usual word order when using ある/いる is

あそこにお酒がある
あそこに犬がいる

My questions are the following:

Would it be incorrect or sound strange to say, for example, お酒があそこにある ?
Do we use the same word order for questions? For example: あそこになにがあるか
Do we use the same word order when using は? For example: 日本に私はいる
Do we use the same word order when talking about things we have or events taking place? For example:
７時にお酒がある
７時にクラスがある

As long as the verb goes last, practically any word order is fine as long as particle is correct.
