Dear senpais,

I am trying to improve my basic level of Japanese, and I thought of doing so via learning how to read Japanese menus (something which I'm unfortunately still bad at).

In a Yakitori menu, there is this word 串 (kushi). But when it appears as 野菜串, do I pronounce it as Yasai-(kushi/gushi/sen/ken)?

It definitely isn't sen or ken. Google results show more yasaigushi than yasaikushi.
It is often the case that there is no rule whether a word is 連濁ed or not.
