Simple title for a simple subject.
Why is Anime and Manga done in the style that it is? And who was the first person to draw in that style? It really fascinates me, the style that manga artists use to make their characters come alive.

i think i read somewhere that the big eyes were used to show emotion and were inspired by disney's little mermaid (they add cuteness too )

Actually, the large eyes go all the way back to Betty Boop cartoons, which inspired "Father of Anime" Tezuka Osamu (creator of Tetsuwan Atomu/Astro Boy) to use it in his own work. This goes back to the 1940s, and basically influenced everyone after that.

They also add cuteness

Certainly in American animation, the style predates any connection with Japan in Disney, Warner Bros and the aforementioned Betty Boop. But Osamu is generally credited with bringing to the mainstream the style you see today through his work starting in the 1940s. Astro Boy aired much later, but is probably the biggest anime of all time, lending credence to the idea that Osamu is the "Father of Anime."

I've answered this question before, so I'll just point you here, many of the points have been referenced here--- as the Japanese were influenced from outside sources originally by and large...

Also, is your name supposed to be Beautiful Maiden? because if so, it should be Kirei, not Kirie... and if so, I think you'd probably prefer to use the word Utsukushii for people... I think people tend to use kirei for objects... maybe someone can correct me on this?

Maybe... Utsukushii Ohime Beautiful Princess...
