Who is the singer(?) in the Vodafone commercial

Hi all,
I'm new to the J-Pop Forum, but I'm going crazy trying to figure out who the singer (i'm assuming) is in the Vodafone commerical advertising the text messaging. Additionally, do you know the name of the song that she's singing?

Thanks for your reply. I just found out who it is: Kimura Kaera. The song name is "Rirura Riruha."
