Where's the best place to post a tutorial?

Just a quick question, I'm thinking of writing up a tutorial on how to make Japanese online friends easily, a method I developed from scratch by myself, but what's the best place on here to post a tutorial like that? Thanks

I'd suggest the "All Things Japanese" subforum. Should you ever change your mind, we can convert to an article or a journal entry.
