I'll bring this topic back to the top of the list, hoping that more people see it... because Kjeld' site is really worth it. I had a better look at it today, after having vistited it a few times already. I don't usually like to repeat what other people have said, but how could I not congratulate you. I particularily like the matsuri section. Where can I find dai sushi and kura sushi, by the way. Are they only in Osaka, or do they have branches in Tokyo as well ? Kyuri-maki seem quite interesting, don't they ?

Thanks a lot, Maciamo! Very glad you like my site.

Dai Sushi and Kura Sushi should both have branches in Tokyo. I believe they are on the net, and definitely in the phone book. Their sushi is great. Especially if you consider their prices.

I hope you find them soon!
