What is your Clothing Style?

Some people really enjoy buying clothes, trying different fashion and being in a trend. I've read that the economy in fashion business has gone bad last five years, and a lot of fashion designers have been struggling to create new popular trends. Even the designers who constantly think about fashion run out of originality, so I think it's natural for people who buy designer clothing to get easily bored of what they are wearing.

Personally, I like to wear clothes that I don't have to worry about getting dirty but not sloby looking. I don't mind spending money on a good pair of shoes, though.

Im very casual but very.. unsporty! I abhore brand names most the time. I wouldn't buy a t-shirt for $40 because it had Abercrombie of Nike on it. I have lots of great clothes but I always end up wearing the same t-shirts and jeans over and over again. However, when I do dress up, I dress up GOOD I buy nice clothes that FIT me, look good on me, and everything! You wouldn't think thats hard, but when you look at the girls at my highschool who try to dress up... it's an accomplishment by comparison... seriously... Anyway, I love dressing up and looking great but I hate being uncomfortable. I'm so picky when it comes to comfort. Anything that's not a cotton t-shirt pretty much qualifies. I do have a redeeming 'fashionable' quality from my "blah" style, and that is my scary scary purse. I have a blue purse that I have COVERED with chains, buttons, ribbon, keychains, necklaces, small furry stuffed animals... EVERYTHING! It is a site to behold, and I take it everywhere. People know me by my purse long before my name -_-()... but I love my purse, and so does most everyone else (I put little games and stuff on it so people randomly start playin with it.. it's hilarious). Sometimes children are scared by it however...

I was speaking about D&G belts and anything else that pimps the brand of your clothes to show that you paid about 1000x more than the manufacturers had to pay to make it. (And no, that's not an exageration)

But still, I'm saying that's cool, and I'm not gonna diss anyone for putting so much money on that and saying "you could've gotten another belt x times cheaper, you are dumb" because you COULDN'T. If the D&G belt is what you feel comfortable in, then getting another lots cheaper isn't going to cut it for you. If you want to show off that you can pay these amounts of money for these clothes, then why not? If you feel comfortable in it, that's what's important.

I mean, I want to pay extra for a nice quality belt, some men want to pay extra for nice car....

I only drive a small car (Toyota Yaris), not a big car with an expensive logo at the front.

yeah but i i'd see you drivin your yaris and i get suddenly blinded by a flash of light from you D&G belt and other cool accessories you'd catch my eye way more than let's say some rastafarian chik with weird flossy bracelets and sheet cloth like gear flappin about in the in the wind.

hahaha last week i bought 3 cardigans: grey, brown, and purple, i dunno why i bought 'em .. oh, i remember: they're on sale ^^;;;;;;;
do u know how to wear 'em in .. i dunno .. different way? i mean .. like mixing, matching it w/ other clothes or accessories .. so far i'm wearing it only w/ tanktop or halterneck ...

it's comfortable, but ..

I'd say I'm wearing casual. Black long martens almost to everything. When it's not summer, I'm wearing always black clothes. On summer I think about being comfortable in the hotness.

Lately, I also dress up for occasions, what is quite unusual for me. So, I'd say casual/gothic (esp. japanese style )/fashion design.

There's no 'hippy' in the poll! I suppose I could have chosen 'retro'. I like Doc Martens boots with rainbow laces, long chiffon skirts, tie-dye or embroidered tops, a floppy hat and long plaits in my hair. And lots of beads!

I don't like fashion or sports gear as they are often made by children in sweat shops and cost too much.
