Yeah, I have been in a similar situation too, Elizabeth, but for some reason I still love the song and the video. I love the part where he plugs in the lights and goes into the "I just want to look at you" part. I'm such a sap...

Well.....the the punkish sound is fun, way better than rap for sure, and everything would be fine left as a fantasy or the way young guys really think. But the promotions have all been maybe it is a "bit aggressive, but showing my heartfelt feelings" and "serious desire just in a sick sorta way" I just can't really relate to very well I guess.
