You're not an oddball. I love old country. I'm a huge fan of Patsy Cline(a fellow Virginian) in fact. I also like old Buck Owens, Marty Robbins, Jim Reeves, on up to people like Eart Thomas Conley, Don Williams, Conway Twitty, Keith Whitley, and George Strait. I'm not ashamed to admit it, either.
I think for those of us who grew up in the South, it's kind of in our genes?
Speaking of Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra and Diana Krall, I also love Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, and my absolute favorite, Etta James.
