Bon Jovi also brings back memories. A lot of my friends were so into Bon Jovi. I was more into Def Leppard and Guns N Roses. I saw both in concert and I also saw Poison back then. I remember going out with my little 10 dollar allowance that my dad gave me one weekend and painfully trying to decide which cassette to buy: Hysteria or Appetite for Destruction. I chose Appetite for Destruction. I had Hysteria on vinyl.

I think I will like Guns N Roses if Axl Rose isn't the vocal,haha,
honestly I do not like his voice

Yeah, that's been a long time ago. Almost 15 years ago, as a matter of fact. I was about 12-13 at that time.

I know what you mean about Axl. I used to like him back then, but my taste has changed somewhat...

I have very random taste in music. A "friend" of mine always used to tell me that like it was a bad thing. She couldn't understand how I could like all different kinds of music...

Vintage GNR wouldnt be GNR without Axl's arrogantly tainted vocals. Its like how I think Slash's Snakepit are cool and all, but hearing Slash without the original quartet is just not the same. Like how Audioslave is okay, but its just not the same without the influence of Zack's politically driven lyrical stylings.

My point; I think Axl kicked *** back in the day with GNR. I've never lost my "Appetite for Destruction"....
