Weirdest things have u seen while being in school

there is someone with a baby doll rn in my class they have it as a joke pretty sure 😭
It could be an assignment.
35years old and American. As someone who moved alot in childhood, I had to do this THREE times.

Once was the egg for a week. (7th grade) Teacher drew different faces on each, a number and her initials on the "back". Photographed each egg and each photo had the name of the student that got that egg written on it. We had to make baskets to carry them in and they had to be with us in school for every class. At the end of the week,, they were inspected for cracks first, compared to the photographs to make sure it wasn't a student-drawn fake, then cracked open to see if the innards were "normal" or "scrambled".

Second time was the bag of flour. (8th grade) Different school. Teacher signed the bags, didn't care about anything really, and as long as your flour's bag was intact you passed.

3rd time was an actual mechanical baby (10th grade, two schools later). They audibly cry. Loudly. There's cards labeled "feeding" "burp" "change diaper" "bathe" and "attention". When the robot baby cries, you have to stick each of the cards in the slot on its back until the "correct" card stops the crying. You can turn them off, but they record everything including how long it takes for the cards to be inserted after crying starts and if it's turned off at all. And yes, the crying was set to be random so that you would get woken up in the middle of the night multiple times.

We used to have a teacher in high school that always bought in the new issue of Playboy for us guys to look at with him. Looking back on it now , that was a bit strange.

I had a teacher who dated my brother's friend's sister while she was still in high school. My sister said she saw him and her in a back closet in a compromising position. He would have been about 30. I'm not sure if she was of legal age or not but her parents knew about it (about them dating, not the hanky panky in the high school). Then I heard he ended up marrying a girl from my class 10 years later. She would have been 18 or possibly 19 so he would have been at least 42. I heard he was forced to retire in the 1990s due to sexual harassment of some sort. I think he'd be considered a predator by most standards today but he managed to get away with it it seems. He died in 2019 at the age of 73. At the time he was married to somebody 21 years younger than him.

My class used to be full of people (including me) with baby dolls for child development. It required little keys to feed and change diaper. Hated it.
