「初めて見た人にまで察されるとはね。…まあ、挨拶の時の騒ぎを知ってれば、そうもなるか」I met this difficult sentence during reading a novel story, hope someone as native/high level Japanese learner could translate this sentence's meaning.
My guess but not sure; "So even someone who's never met my mother(?) can figure it(?) out. ...Well, if he know about the commotion she caused during the meeting/greetings(?), I guess it makes sense." - The writer's being vague with his writing so i don't even know who's being mentioned or talking about what subject here =='
Context: Protagonist is a military strategist for an alliance army and they're trying to siege a castle. The army of general 孫堅 and her daughter 孫策 had attacked the enemy's castle first, but then they got surrounded because general 孫堅 want to stay and fight 1 on 1 with a very strong enemy general 呂布 (孫堅 is a strong warrior so she like to battle fair and square 1v1 and never retreat, she has the pride of a warrior something like that
)
After the protagonist saw that battle situation, he sent 2 of his generals 愛紗 and 鈴々 to help the army of general 孫堅 get out of the enemy's encirclement and retreat.
愛紗「孫堅殿、平原の関雲長だ！ 貴軍の撤退の援護に参った！」(関雲長 is another name of character 愛紗)
鈴々「早く撤退するのだ！」
孫堅「うるせえガキども！ 人の戦いの邪魔するんじゃねえ！！」
愛紗「だが、負傷を……！」
孫堅「だから楽しいんだろうが！雑魚どもを蹂躙するよりも、ずっとずっとな！でりゃぁぁぁぁぁぁぁっ！！」
呂布「…………恋は、別に楽しくない」(恋 is another name of character 呂布)
孫堅「そりゃあ結構！ だが、オレとお前、どっちか死ぬまで付き合ってもらうぜぇぇっ！！」
呂布「……恋は、死なないっ！」
愛紗「……むぅ。どちらも手が付けられんな」
孫策「そういう人なのよ。先に周囲を片付けた方が早いかも」
一刀 (Protagonist)「愛紗！ 何やってるんだ！」
愛紗「ご主人様！？ どうしてこのような所に！」
一刀「撤退に時間が掛かってるから見に来たんだよ！……孫堅さん？」

During that general 孫堅 had claimed confidently that she will lead the vanguard army to attack first. The other generals had argued back and general 孫堅 said who disagree could come fist fight with her. In the end general 孫堅 had beaten up all other generals, and protected her honor to lead the vanguard army of the alliance.)
