Undergraduate MEXT art scholarship?

Hello, everyone!
I hope you're all in the best of condition. I'm a new member here, first forum, woo-hoo (please don't murder me)! I'm in need of answers for five of my questions. Hopefully someone will send them soon. Replies are very much appreciated.

1. Has there ever been any MEXT scholarships provided for art universities?
From what I've seen, MEXT scholarship is provided for majors such as education, sports, science, ect.. I feel a little left out. What about art?

2. Any art universities suggestions?
Preferably ones who accept international students. I already have several art universities I have in mind, but it's always nice to hear some recommendation.

3. Any MEXT scholarship receivers?
For those who have gotten a MEXT scholarship, what did you do? What sacrifices did you make? How many mental breakdowns did you endure every week? Share some experience if you can or feel like it. Providing the major and university you took is also helpful.

4. Are there any art universities that offer scholarship?
So far, I haven't found any. Honestly, has there ever been any?

5. If I were to attempt getting a MEXT scholarship...
What would I do first?

I think you meant to post your question in the Studying in Japan section, which probably has several threads answering your question (no need to start a new one).
