Translation help on a WWII sword

My son inherited this sword from his father in law and there is writing on the wooden sheath I was hoping someone can translate. Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures. Thank you in advance.

This is an address, probably the owners or stores or whoever's it was.

長谷川貫一 Hasegawa Kan'ichi (a person's name)
奥沢町 Okusawa machi (a place name. There is an Okusawa district in Tokyo's Setagaya ward for instance. May be any other Okusawa though)
三・三二 3/32 (some number, perhaps an address in Okusawa)
